Canada is well-known as one of the most stable economies in the world and offers many international career opportunities. The Canadian government approved an express entry program in 2015. Express entry allows skilled workers to migrate to Canada for a better life. It is a selection system that expedites applying for Permanent Resident visas under various Economic Immigration Programs.
Express Entry processes the following programs
Federal Skilled Worker (FSW).
Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
Federal Skilled Trades Class.
Eligible Criteria for Express Entry:
Express Entry requires you to meet all eligibility requirements for any of the Immigration Programs you apply. As each program has its eligibility requirements, you need guidance from an expert consultant like Aarambh Canadian Immigration to get through the process.
After complying with the specific requirements of this program, you need to create a profile that includes personal information, including work experience, language skills (test scores), education, and other relevant information.
All applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will be placed in a pool and ranked according to a Comprehensive Ranking System.
A selected number of the highest-ranked applicants will be invited periodically to apply for permanent residence.
A candidate will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and has 90 days to submit a permanent residence application with all required documents.
If documents are not submitted by the deadline, they may be rejected.
Successful candidates and their dependents (spouse and children) can apply for Permanent Resident status in Canada and begin the journey to becoming Canadian Citizens.
Candidates who have not received an ITA (invitation to apply) from Express Entry will be allowed to remain in the pool for 12 more months. A new profile can be created to express interest in candidates if they are not selected after 12 months.
What is a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)?
CRS ranks candidates eligible for Express Entry to Canada.
Candidates are ranked by the CRS based on these factors:
Core Human factors.
Common-law partner or spouse factors.
Skill transferability factors.
Factors related to a provincial nomination, a qualifying offer for arranged employment.
